Checking in from my trip to Portugal!

Between visiting family and celebrating my mom's birthday, I've been forcing myself to put my sales cap on for joinbitte.com.

It feels pretty uncomfortable, to be honest, so I picked up a book on door-to-door selling to upskill.

I've already started applying it by giving restaurants a direct "ultimatum" during my pitches: take a free trial or get 20% off on the spot.

The in-person meetings have been incredibly insightful, and I even managed to get some former clients back onboard by doing custom follow-up videos with their digitized menus.

My biggest takeaway from talking to these owners is that without an invoicing feature, Bitte just becomes another piece of software they have to juggle.

Because of this, I'm working on repositioning us from simply being "digital menus" to becoming "Bitte, the Restaurant OS."

I'm also going to revamp our outdated corporate deck and website to reflect this new direction, along with cleaning up some messy SEO links I noticed along the way.

I also got some massive personal news.

Last month was my best ever for revenue. I was expecting around 12-16k and ended up hitting 28k!

This pushed me past the 200k milestone in ARR, which means I get to fulfill a personal promise to sponsor another child's education until adulthood.

I am thrilled about the growth and so happy to be able to give back.

On the content side, I published a new YouTube video, and Udemy reached out with a very serious financial offer to build a community with them, which gives me a lot of options to weigh.

I will be flying back to Berlin soon, where I'll get back to my regular routine and dive right into updating the no-code AI Agents course.
